Carroll-Anne Pollock

Managing Executive
 

Carroll-Anne Pollock has more than 26 years corporate business experience in a number of diverse industries. She has spent the past 23 years in the competitive recruitment industry working for one of South Africa’s leading staffing service providers. Here she held many senior positions including Marketing Manager, General Manager and Divisional Director where her roles encompassed every aspect of the business including operations, sales and marketing. Furthermore, she is a specialist in the areas of accounts, banking, finance and management.

Charles Stilwell

Manager: Executive Recruitment

Charles Stilwell is a qualified Chartered Accountant and the past Chairman of the Northern Region Members in Business Committee of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and currently serves on the main committee. In addition, he is Grey_Consulting’s longest serving employee and as such has a wealth of experience in the recruitment industry. Over the past 20 years Charles has displayed an exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with key Clients, in a number of industries, and has played a pivotal role in sourcing and placing outstanding Talent.  

Sean Dos Santos

Operations Manager

Sean Dos Santos graduated with a Bachelor of Accounting Science degree and has 15 years commercial accounting experience; from bookkeeping, accounting and auditing to trading, investment and portfolio management. He has been in the recruitment industry for over 6 years specialising in the field of financial recruitment. He has both permanent and flexible staffing experience and has managed the full business function for one of South Africa’s financial recruitment brands.

Leonie Hugo

Manager: Western Cape Region

Leonie Hugo is currently studying towards her BA Industrial Psychology degree and has 8 years recruitment experience specialising in various fields nationally and internationally. She has managed permanent and flexible staffing needs and has a strong financial recruitment background.
